Dead Can Dance Into The Labyrinth (4AD) – From soaring Gregorian choral music, to Middle Eastern percussion, to dripping Goth sentiments, this album crystallized a lifestyle in me that Joy Division started. It proved that one could be intelligent, talented, and still have a propensity for wearing black clothes.
