The ghost of Herman’s Hermits has possessed Cast. After a few seconds of this latest ripple in the Brit-pop ocean, you’ll want to exorcise Peter Noone’s demon from singer John Power. Most of the songs on All Change are harmless, but none compare to those of Power’s former band, The La’s. The sunshiny “Alright” comes closest; it could have been the soundtrack for one of those chase scenes in Scooby Doo. Cast is not quite as lovely as Radiohead, but preferable to Oasis’ pissy antics.
