I can appreciate the fact that the band almost broke up while making this record, since they doubtlessly spent too much time together recording the damn thing.
These wacky Finnskis get better and better every time. More soulful, too. They wear their grimy Stones influences on their sleeves and kick out Raw Power jams.
I’ve always liked The Fairlanes just a bit more than most interchangable late-’90s punkpop. Perhaps it has something to do with their living in Colorado.
