The Botswanas

Botswana is an African nation directly north of South Africa (which makes it North South Africa, I guess). A quick glimpse at a map reveals it to be substantially in the midst of the Kalahari Desert. I’ve never been there, but it probably sucks, like New Mexico, only bigger. The Botswanas are a band. They’ve probably never been to Botswana either. Their bio writer thinks they sound tough. The average Botswanan would probably not think so, he or she would probably say what I said, “sounds like The Pretenders with lousy lyrics.” That ain’t tough, not even in Botswana.
