I Prevail announce 2027 Tour Dates supporting Three Days Grace
The original version of I Prevail’s “Violent Nature” was about as savage as it gets. While the old adage “If it ain’t broke…” could most certainly apply here, fans will be thrilled that the Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling band decided to flip the switch and enlist DJ and musical alchemist Sullivan King to remix the song. He adds an additional layer of scratchy, synth-driven mayhem and post-apocalyptic vitriol. The end result sounds like melting metal. “Violent Nature” was already, well, violent as fuck. The Sullivan King-assisted version has it looking at jail time. Listen here. Watch the visualizer here.
“Violent Nature’ was already one of the most aggressive songs we’d ever created,” the band says. “Sullivan King took it into a new universe with a bold arrangement and a festival-sized EDM assault. It has all the weight of the original, plus the drop-heavy adrenaline you didn’t know you needed. This track is exactly where modern metal and EDM collide.”
I Prevail recently teamed up with alt goth x grunge singer Amira Elfeky on the collaborative track “Paradise.” Listen here. Watch the video here.
