Cradle of Filth have released an album with excellent production and decipherable music while still retaining their integrity and cultish underground following.

Hard rock with thick bass, powerchord guitars, sissy vocals, and drumsticks a-twirling. The hardest the vocals get is when the singer needs to clear his throat.
The music is cataclysmic, and the atmosphere within the eerie chords, back-from-the-dead vocals, and cymbal-laden hyperspeed drumming is genuinely frightening.
