Nice and simple; a four-song split EP of catchy, upbeat, poppy punk. Musically, Zoinks! reminds me a bit of Descendents, especially the drums.

The production is more indie guitar rock than your usual stadium punk fare, a needed change of pace. No Empathy sounds more like the Knack than NOFX.
