A great collection of hardcore bands mostly from Boston, some obscure, some defunct, this release could serve as a primer for anyone interested in the scene.

Slower is Stompbox, sans lead screamer Erich Thayer. Bass player, Pat, has moved to the front; his space being filled by ex-Heretix bassist, Mike Welsh.
These guys were mean and hungry and their music was utterly viscous. The blood-thirsty dancers in attendance were disappointed only by their short set.
