“Styx Bridge Toll” is best as a noisy non-song. The chorus is merely noisy pop, but the extro is lovely random noise guitar. The rest sounds like Dead Kennedys strained through an old sock and played to you over the phone. I like them best when they’re not trying to be likeable.
