Packed to the snack bar, the crowd was responsive to Sebastian Bach’s every move. Taunting the crowd to come up over the barriers – lots of casualties, lots of moshing. While they got bogged down introducing songs off the new CD, Subhuman Race (Atlantic), they kept a steady energy level. They played their hits from the late ’80s: “I Remember You,” “18 & Life,” “Monkey Business,” and “Youth Gone Wild,” their power limited only by the acoustics of the club.

Bach’s signature singing never let him down. He is still the ultimate frontman. After a two year layoff, his voice, his antics, and his stamina are in great shape.
