A lot like Sonic Youth on some tracks and more squishy on others. Then, on still other tracks, they manage to blend a rockabilly backbeat with discordant grunge before moving on to this smooth, Barry White-sounding thing while singing something that sounds really heavy and sincere in German. In fact, all the songs are in German. They could be about anything. Who knows? You’ll have to listen to it a lot of times.
