Emerging from the fringe-L.A. hardcore scene are four guys who utilize aspects of post-punk, metal, grunge and prog. rock, and roll it into one groovable sound. Keeping the honesty of the lyrics, yet using harmonies and instrumental interludes, not to mention soft-spoken moments, this isn’t hardcore as the word is usually used. It is emotional, harsh, occasionally bleak, and often angry – so call it what you will.
