Each of the five songs on this remarkable debut EP is a stand-out. This is funky, bare-bones pseudo-garage rock; the kind you used to hear your cool, chain-smoking, older brother play in the basement with his friends. Although the drums sound a bit thin, the overall production on this release is key.
