This disc features an adolescent motif, complete with songs like “Atari 2600,” “Shrinky Dink,” “Cartoon Boy,” and “Imaginary Friends.” Excellent “Lennonesque” harmony, tasteful melody, a good positive attitude, and great tonal and dynamic structure throughout the album. Happy go lucky punk rock (and roll). If Calvin and Hobbes were allowed to have punk rock, this would be their gem.
