Coming across like a more bucolic Blues Explosion, Bantam Rooster‘s Spencer-isms succeed on “Real Live Wire,” which transports New York-style hillbilly blues back to the murky swamp it emerged from. “Miss Luxury” is a clunker that fails to peek its head above the primal ooze.
