Orbit keep a good, traditional rock ‘n’ roll beat that’s the backbone of their sound. The vocals are reminiscent of the Pagans. Vic Firecracker Trio just sound like shit, on this recording at least. For some reason it makes me think of a garbled Sunny Day Real Estate.
