Here’s a little snippet for the Evil’s Toy press packet: “This is the best album they have ever done.” To elaborate, Evil’s Toy had this urge to be catchy and aggressive while retaining the moody, Gothic electro sound they’ve perfected over the last few albums. Their material manages to stay simple without being sparse, and manages to rock without going metal. This seems to be a good time for electro, and I believe that Evil’s Toy are a part of that.
