Sacramentum

You may notice Sacramentum‘s sonic similarities to the notorious melodic death metal band Dissection. It’s well known Sacramentum are sick of the comparison, but they should take this as high praise. Further distancing themselves with Thy Black Destiny, Sacramentum have fused an old-school death and thrash attack (similar to Kreator) to their distinctive melodic dementia. Granted, there are still some similarities with the big D, but now one can distinguish the Sacramentum sound.
