Singer/songwriter stuff in the vein of Billy Bragg (who they steal a cover from), Bright Eyes, and Pedro The Lion. Unlike previous Kind Of Like Spitting releases, this one makes use of a full band from time to time, but it doesn’t really effect the sentimental value of the songs. Lo-fi, sad, acoustic indie ballads that will win over college kids, as well as the slightly older/noisier post-grads who flock to Built To Spill and Modest Mouse shows.
