Nice cover art rip-off of Refused’s The Shape of Punk to Come. 7 Angels 7 Plagues offer a nice mix of metalcore ala Botch, Zao, and Coalesce while maintaining more traditional hardcore elements such as primitive (yet effective) breakdowns and power chords. Switching up tempos in a heartbeat and including a piano piece at the end of the record set this band apart from the rest of the pack. Brutal but no less interesting.
