I’m not saying the melodic side of Snowdogs is boring, I just think the “soft pop” feel of the music could’ve easily been turned into something with a bit more bite. Had the material been tightened up a bit, as well as peppered with a bit more aggression, these well-assembled songs could’ve persuaded a mosh pit to start up. A “buzz band” that ends up being a weak offering from a label full of dynamic acts (Darkest Hour, Grade, Snapcase, etc.).
