Hot Rod Circuit‘s Been There, Smoked That showcases the progression of HRC over the years. From their earliest recordings as Antidote to a faster, harder, guitar-driven HRC, but with the same melodies. Been There, Smoked That opens with the first EP for Vagrant in 1998, followed by older Antidote songs, live acoustic recordings, and two covers, including AC/DC’s “Sin City.” The evolution of HRC in one CD, combined with the artwork of Steven Cerio, all for the listener’s easy access.
