Integrity – To Die For – Review

Integrity

To Die For (Deathwish Inc.)
by Adrian Bromley

Having been around for more than 15 years, Integrity are one of the few bands of that era that music fans still speak highly of. The band returns to the hardcore/metalcore scene with a solid album, following a slew of hits and misses over the last few years on Victory. I, for one, am glad to see the band back in top form. The music of To Die For is brash, vicious, and heavy-set, an intriguing collection of songs that radiate a powerful aura of darkness and fear. Standout tracks include “Taste My Sin,” “Nothing Left,” and the title track. Good to see these veterans collectively infuse a good amount of old school hardcore into present-day metalcore.
