Nearly 20 years in and Hot Water Music still knows how to roll up their sleeves, put their heads down, and grind out some punk-flavored rock with the best of them. “State of Grace” may be a somber eulogy for the end of good times, but you wouldn’t know it from the driving guitars and catchy chorus.
