Title Fight announces headline tour

Title Fight are announcing a four week headlining tour that kicks off mid-September in Baltimore, MD and circles the US. They will be taking Balance & Composure, Cruel Hand and Slingshot Dakota with them as support. (tour dates below).

NPR hailed the band, saying “Title Fight hits the sweet spot between the heartfelt, road-trip-proven pop-punk of Jawbreaker’s Dear You and the melodic post-hardcore of Hot Water Music… Title Fight have become more adept at unexpected tempo changes, intricate picking patterns and getting the most of out of a catchy hook,” while Spin praised their first single, “Head In The Ceiling Fan”, saying, “These Pennsylvania punk screamers dial it back on their new one, shooting for an artier, ’90s Hum-ish vibe. This one might not set the pit on fire, but no one down there will be complaining.” And Stereogum even went so far as to proclaim “ragers Title Fight are one of the bigger names on the whole Alternative Press/Warped Tour circuit, and they also might be the most underrated.”

Upon release last September, Floral Green debuted on the Billboard Top Current Albums at #67. Produced and engineered by Will Yip (Circa Survive, Blacklisted), Floral Green calls to mind such hallmark labels as 4AD and SST with the textured, emotional playing. It is also clear that the band’s hardcore and punk influences continue to be central and integral to their music.
