Riff rockers ASG premiere new video

ASG, who released their Relapse Records’ debut Blood Drive in May, have premiered a video for “Scrappy’s Trip” via Stereogum (http://www.stereogum.com/1574131/asg-scrappys-trip-video-stereogum-premiere/video/).
 
The clip features footage of the North Carolinian band’s September performance at Ziggy’s in their hometown of Wilmington. 
 
ASG’s next live outing is Dec. 4 as part of Scion A/V’s ongoing Scion Rock Show series in Los Angeles at The Satellite. 

With the release of Blood Drive, ASG celebrated their highest charting and most critically acclaimed album to date.  The twelve-song collection landed at #15 on Billboard’s Heat Seeker chart and was described by Revolver as “a catchy, melodic triumph of heavy music,” while Alternative Press asserted that “mentioning ASG in the same breath as riff-rockers Torche or Queens of the Stone Age is not only misleading, it might even be an understatement.”
