Disconnection Notice takes risks, but they’re worth it. A definite improvement from their last album (which was still decent). Goldfinger may be getting older, but they’re still rocking out, and doing it better than most of the young pop-punkers.
Mostly interviews with the band detailing the reasons for the breakup in 1998 and the healing process that allowed the 2002 reunion. Very highly recommended.
Fun show by these swarthy, sea-bound punk sailors. Good tunes, great camera work, plenty of personality, true showmanship. Woulda been a blast to be there.
