For those not familiar, I’d describe his sound as Foo Fighters (for the sharp yet melodic guitar work) meets Manic Street Preachers (for the haunting melodies).
Catchy, yet sound really honest and down-to-Earth, unlike most of the (new) Foo Fighter-style stuff that sounds like a pop gem with words about something.
German Goth/industrial pioneers/sex show. Part less-metal Rammstein, part “hey, look at the tits!,” Umbra Et Imago get a little tiresome after a while.
