The singer had a style that was part lounge singer and part epileptic seizure victim. Maybe that’s what got people’s attention. The bassist was really hot.
Klover played first. Nobody paid attention, they were too busy getting free stuff from the Polygram table. They sounded good though, just like on the album.
It features Pearl Jam and Soundgarden and a bunch of other bands that today’s tattooed, pierced “youth culture” victims will lap up like good consumers.
I like Green Apple Quick Step when they play noisy, shitty, simple punk tunes. I hate Green Apple Quick Step when they play introspective acoustic ballads.
