Twisted Sister was one of the cheesier pop-metal bands during the ’80s. But that was then, and this is now. Punk has returned to the mainstream; heavy metal will return in a few years. Releasing this double disc now is just premature ejaculation from a marketing standpoint. Yeah, it’s nostalgic, but it’s not gonna be cool until kids who were too young to remember them the first time start digging heavy metal. This, and the poor sound quality, make it almost comical, like a skit from Saturday Night Live or The Simpsons. But then, people laughed at the idea of disco coming back. Do The Hustle!
