The comparison to Nirvana’s Bleach is almost too easy. Solid and quick tempos, garage-honest production, fat and fuzzy-as-fuck guitars which are still clear enough to be catchy, and harsh, cynical lyrics. A few tunes lag, but Smile kicks out massive noise rock.
