A very interesting mish-mosh. In one sense, it’s a Nick Cave-ish moodgroove, but in another way altogether, there’s techno dance music beneath it all. The Wolfgang Press have a sharp sense of aesthetics, showcased by the cover art of Funky Little Dreams. Some listeners may run into trouble with their intentional unhookiness. There are no cheap thrills on this enriching musical work.
