Two new mellifluent tunes from Third Eye Butterfly, a Queens, NY-based trio. “Something Happened” is a moody, moving, quasi-psychedelic masterpiece. “All The Way to Riyadh” sounds a bit like the Smithereens, but with a slightly softer edge. Tight, tasteful, and tuneful, this is pretty power pop.
