Blink 182 – Dude Ranch – Review

Blink 182

Dude Ranch (Way Cool)
by Austin Nash

Blink 182 is three adolescents with acne vulgaris who wear those punk blue suede tennis shoes and khaki pants, and their new album rocks. Fortunately for the music scene we adore, good bands come through the cloudy crap regardless of orientation, politics and lewd antics, and Blink 182 is an excellent example. It’s only hearsay that this is punk. They are the perfect board-scene band, the right age, right attitude, still very much appreciate “pee pee” and “whack off” jokes. Not much class, but plenty of unbending punkism while avoiding politics. By the way, did you hear the one about the dog boner that farted?
