Fuzz-damaged surf vet instrumentalizes one here that sounds vaguely like “The Battlestar Galactica Theme,” but bleeding out vicious squawking sounds whenever the urge hits him. Flip the wax and ya get a less entertaining version of a similar rollercoaster, which only redeems itself at the end when it breaks down into a messy blues rumble. Allan, don’chknow, is the master of this mostly snooze-inducing genre.
