Lickety Split – Review

Lickety Split

(Torque)
by Chris Best

Lickety Split lost their original guitar player, brought Brian Baker aboard for a few shows. Then Brian had to go back to Bad Religion, and Lickety Split found their savior in Dave Prukop. The Brian Baker produced disc (except for the last track, which is credited to “King Bass”) is an example of everything that is right about punk in DC. Songs like “Glitch” and “Off the Hook” are the anthems this band are known for, but are by no means the only good songs. This is one heck of a great album, go and get it.
