From the ashes of the Christian band Training for Utopia comes Demon Hunter, an explosive band that could bowl over an 18-wheeler. Full of heavy-set guitar riffs and massive vocal cries, Demon Hunter are one of those new breed of bands that has a lot going for them, but there is always a flaw… The flaw comes from the band’s (occasional) similarity to Slipknot. When the band steamrolls through an intense number and then switches to clean vocals, the Slipknot comparisons are warranted.
