Intriguing… Name and artwork led me to believe “nü metalcore,” but when the falsetto vocals leapt out over the din, I was baffled. Hell, sometimes a moment of “huh?” makes a band worth investigating, what with so many genre bands toeing the line in their chosen field. From Long Island, moved to Reno to get away from scene bands, and now they skip, charge, wiggle, and goof on their own 10 feet. System of a Down is an easy reference: Weird and choppy metal with vocals ya wouldn’t expect in metal. Get ’em on the mp3 CD, give people that same “huh?”
