Bellamy Gutierrez, now there’s a rock’n’roll name. “Let’s go get Bellamy and hit the town!” Cracked Mirror Club is a one-man show, and this 24-year-old bedroom artist sounds like a bored goth. Or maybe an indie-rock Alan Parsons. Whether he’s got an eye in the sky and is looking at you is another question. He’s new, of course, so he gets some dispensation. But on “Dead End,” he doesn’t really need it. The underlying guitar fuzz drives this catchy tune, with keys adding melodic nuance. He ain’t heavy.
