Strife is hardcore, through and through. Straight-edged, non-metal, all angst, all positive. You best be straight-edge if you expect to keep up with them.
The first few songs struck me as odd, but by the end, I’d grown to like the singer’s voice and really dug the piano accompaniment. A very cool punk record.
One of Boston’s best bands. The last song was the most energetic, with Firestone kicking his guitar around the stage to the tune of two basses being mauled.
