Blend favorite flavors with shit. Imagine “this is one of my favorites” followed by biting into tinfoil. Or enjoying a $5 milkshake and suddenly tasting piss.
Kinda like Rollins Band, if Rollins fronted an AmRep band. Unsane with an increased appreciation for subtlety and melody. A nimbler Helmet ,with tighter focus.
Dark electronic, part dancefloor stomp, part mellow, rich croon. I gravitate toward synthpop (the dark side is presented here), so Anders Manga suits me fine.
Opens with two Nine Inch Nails-inspired organic/electronic instrumentations. Then, the acoustic “A Girl Like You” crosses into Violent Femmes territory.
Hard to believe it’s Joe LeSte of Bang Tango. The band are so corrected and corporate-sounding, every trendy texture thrown on the guitar, bass, and vocals.
One of the best Pantera tribute bands you’re bound to hear. All the breakdowns, all the rampage, the wall of guitars, and the exact same vocal spitting.
Sounding more like Look Up and Live-era Someday I mixed with The Chase Theory. Heavier, less melodramatic, and tasteful dynamics without losing the immediacy.
