Hellions

Alas, they ran out of beer before The Hellions took to the stage, and we had been sitting and standing in the sun for about five hours.

These guys are heavy. Intense, screaming, post-punk anger, low and churning, and a singer who looks like he’d be more comfortable on a tractor than a stage.

Heavens to Murgatroid did play power pop – and did it in such a way that I was immediately bored.
