They now sound a little bit less like themselves, and a whole lot more like Rage Against The Machine mixed with 311 and even at times, (GASP!) Linkin Park.

When Motion City Soundtrack took to the stage and delivered an energetic mix of anthemic rock and melodic synth-pop, I was practically bouncing off the walls.
This garage rock/art punk revivalist trio consists of a drummer, a singer (or wailer/whiner/whatever) and a guitarist. No bassist. They make due just fine.
Aside from the strong, melodious vocals, I really fell for Fall Out Boy (ha ha, oh what a clever pun) because they have a devilish side to their lyrics.
Driven by intense piano rock, fuzzy guitars, and dreamy vocals, Beneath Medicine Tree is definitely a pretty album for when you want to listen to sad music.
