Don’t expect mind-blowing innovation or virtuosity on this album. Musical growth has never been a Cramps hallmark. If, however, reverb-laden Elvis Presley vocals, corny, tough guy lyrics, and punkabilly twang guitar make you pole, then prepare yourself for this 15 song wonder. Featuring songs like “Naked Girl Falling Down The Stairs” and “Swing The Big Eyed Rabbit,” this release is sure to become a top forty classic. And remember, while listening, it is recommended that you follow the advice given on track three; “Let’s Get Fucked Up” and do so before pressing play.
