It’s easy to say that the best thing about this band is the name. But that’s not quite true. Incredibly Californian, almost Camper Van Beethoven; would it be offensive to mention Men Without Hats? Meet Meat from Falafel Boy is a very fun album, a six-pack and a smile, on the road with ten of your best friends in a Yugo. Most certainly a drunk rock band; you go to their shows and sing along, grinning your ass off with all your buddies, leaving the burdens of life behind. Then go home and enjoy yourself for a few days, remembering the good times you had with Falafel Boy.
