A new addition to the library of post-Ramones leather jacket-clad miscreants, Riverdales are a post-Screeching Weasel project, with Ben Weasel singing on the B-side (“I Can’t Pretend”) and Dan Vapid on the A-side. This is bound to be a collector’s item, so if you’re into such things, scoop it now. I did notice as the singer was chanting, “Whoa-oa-oh I need you,” he didn’t sound terribly convinced.
