Blue Faces – In the Days of the Lightbulb on the Wall – Review

Blue Faces

In the Days of the Lightbulb on the Wall (Vagrant)
by Clarendon Lavorich

I thought this would be an album of trance music played with real instruments. I found it was simply a boring rip off of Floyd and others. Originally intended as soundtrack music to be played live as the film was being projected in clubs, Blue Faces have produced ego-tripping, art school lackey, holier (and more profound) than thou wanks that ultimately bore the hell out of me. It’s not even good stoned.
