The Weight of Disgust (Too Damn Hype)

Dare To Defy, owners of Too Damn Hype and All That ‘zine, are rubbed the wrong way by everything in life, or so their disgusted music would have us believe. It’s more listenable than most extreme metal, and more filled out than most in the NY hardcore realm. The upside is that they almost remind me of later period Agnostic Front, minus the punky feel, with vocals like Warzone. The downside is that they take their negativity far too seriously.
