The album Slayer‘s wanted to release for years finally comes out in early June. A punk rock cover album like none the world has ever heard. The manic energy is still there, it’s just Tom screaming his head off, Jeff and Kerry playing faster and tighter than they have since Reign In Blood, and Paul beating off as furiously as ever. Sure, it all runs together after a while, but what D.R.I. or Minor Threat album doesn’t?
