Gentle drones and lulling strings, songs that last as long as ten minutes… could easily be a Projekt band. At times Tangerine Dream, at times E.A.R., Windy and Carl create accessible ambient music. With almost no drums to speak of, Drawings of Sound drifts gently back and forth, soothing psychic rough edges, creating a sonic lullabye with murmmured vocals and repetative bass.
